CoMusica Exchange is a development opportunity for emerging music leaders to gain invaluable skills, knowledge and experience by being part of a learning group that is committed to inclusive music practice in North East England.
It aims to:
• Support emerging music leaders to develop skills, knowledge and experience in inclusive music practice.
• Support the development of a highly skilled music workforce.
• Increase inclusive music activities for children and young people experiencing challenging circumstances.
• Build connections and networks between organisations and music leaders delivering inclusive music activities for children and young people.
CoMusica Exchange runs from October through to July with recruitment taking place from July – September. Participants take part in a Co-mentoring programme that spans the programme and access shadowing opportunities within CoMusica and partner projects that offer valuable insights into inclusive music leadership. They can also access a range of free or subsidised CoMusica Inclusion Training opportunities that may be relevant to their practice.
